"Stewardship for the Future" event square, with the text "Meet a Forester Woods Walk Session 6, RSVP Required: HilltownLandTrust.org. Goshen, MA Sat. June 27th, 1:30-3:30 pm." Below are the logos for Hilltown Land Trust, the town of Williamsburg, and Bay State Forestry, followed by the text "Resilient Upper Mill Watershed."

Come see thoughtful stewardship work in action at the Tilton Town Farm in Goshen. Forestry work done at Tilton Town Farm meets multiple community and ecological needs and employs a range of management strategies. Witness how the landscape has responded to future-focused harvesting and planting projects conducted in the past few years. We hope you come away with a new understanding of the options in a forester’s toolkit and the complex landscape factors that inform the work that gets done.

This series is part of the Resilient Upper Mill River Watershed Project in Williamsburg funded through the Commonwealth’s Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness (MVP) program.
